Conference registration allows attendance to any of the three ESWEEK conferences, and includes lunch on conference days.
Included in the Conference registration are also one conference proceedings DVD containing the papers from all three ESWEEK conferences, the Welcome Reception on Sunday, October 7 and one ticket for the **banquet dinner on Tuesday, October 9, 2012.
Tutorials Sunday, October 7
You may register for the Tutorials Only option for a fee, and attend up to two of the tutorials, one in each time period.
Workshops Sunday, October 7, Thursday, October 11 & Friday, October 12
Workshops can be added to your conference registration for an additional fee. You may also register for a workshop only at the designated fee. Participants must register for each event they would like to attend; fees vary by event.
Welcome Reception and Banquet Dinner
There will be a Welcome Reception on Sunday, October 7 from 6:00 - 8:00pm.
The Banquet dinner on Tuesday, October 9 is included with the conference registration fee and is being held from 7:00 - 10:00pm. If you would like to bring a guest with you, a guest banquet ticket may be added to your registration.
Cancellation Policy: Written requests for cancellations must be received in the MP Associates office prior to September 21, 2012.
Requests for refunds received after the September 21, 2012, postmark date will NOT be honored and all registration fees will be forfeited.
